We do not store the ticket image or extracted numbers unless you tap Save. We do record account-linked operational metadata for each scan, including model, status, token usage, duration, and errors, for usage limits and service monitoring. We use Google's free service tier, under which Google may retain and use the submitted image to improve its products. Do not scan anything you would not want read this way; if you prefer, you can skip the scan and type the numbers in yourself.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
